Issue with bt tv box

Hello we have the youview box plus with bt branding and it seems to be developing faults . The colours of the TV seemed to have gone dim (colours are fine when using another TV source) and also the set recordings are only being part recorded, for example the first 20mins not recorded.

How can I get a replacement? I have an active BT tv subscription.

Call BT and they'll replace it if you have an active BT TV subscription and the box is faulty

Unless you have tried this already, I would recommend a factory reset (starting with the keep recordings option).

If that doesn't solve your problems then post back here and I'm sure one of the Moderators or BT TV Experts will jump in and provide next steps, given that you have an active BT TV subscription.

Also, it sounds obvious but check your leads (HDMI and Co-Axial) are in good order and firmly connected (if you have spares try them).

Also check the picture settings for the HDMI input on the TV that your Youview box is connected to. Try another source through that HDMI socket as a check.
