I can`t think of anything else to try, if the YouView system menu shows loss of Internet connection. Most likely a faulty box, so you are ging to need a visit.

When you first switch on the Youview box if you look at

 

Youview>Settings >Network & Internet>Network Connection Status 

 

Does the Connection Status say Connected  or Disconnected ?
