Losing channels

I have 2 boxes i pay for multiroom but seem to have a problem

Downstairs New box G4 as 2 channels missing 120, 121,

upstairs old 1000 it has 106,107,108,109,110,111 and 112 missing 

Have done several re-tunes but no joy anybody any ideas?

Hi cazpaul,

 

It sounds like a reception problem as all the channels listed come through your aerial.  Can you try these Freeview reception checks and let us know if they help.
