BBC 4 HD, BBC News HD and Quest HD have disapered from the EPG.
I've tried doing a retune a number of times and these channels are still missing.
Signal strength is 92% and signal quality is 100% on BBC1. I'm located in North London.

Looks like you have lost the COM7 and C0M8 channels.
Do you still receive the missing channels if you use an aerial connection into TV using the TVs own tuner. ?
Did a manual software update to get Britbox and then a channel retune and all the missing HD channels are now back.
I had the same issue a few weeks ago. I think it was down to Arqiva updating kit and changing frequencies. It's been ongoing for a few weeks now
I'm receiving Quest HD on Com7 (ch55) from WinterHill and during the BSB from Knockhill at around 5.30pm the complete MUX signal strength dropped to 0% on the BT box signal checker.
All other MUX signals are running at least 91% with 100% signal quality!
Retuned the box and the channels have now gone from the guide so still missing.
Any thoughts why? Mast info says everything is fine. Aerial looks ok from ground level, direction, condition etc.
I also have lost HD channels on youview . The same as stated with RT news plus various other freeview . PBS +1, more +1, forces tv, quest red +1 . Can receive them on TV itself. Have done all the usual stuff as in re tune, compete factory reset and with an attenuator . There are no works going on at my transmitter which is Crystal palace. Very frustrating again with my 4K UHD box. So it must be the box . Am wondering if it's worth upgrading my tv package to get the new pro box in the hope it does not have the same problem. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated..
Solved! Signal on all muxes was 93%/100% quality, but ch55 Com7 was dead.
So, played around with coax cable from rear of the BT box to wall socket, removed wall socket and remade internal coax connections. Rotating the coax plug within the socket made a big difference. Just by checking out this section of the signal path, it resulted in a 38% signal and 80-90% quality reading for Com7.
The other muxes remained at the same level.
Will be replacing the wall socket and link cable at some point.
