Hi, I rang BT and I was transferred from :- 1) India 2) India 3) Newcastle 4) Belfast They opened a report for the problem, and said I would either notice the channels apear or they would get in touch. However if you would still like my details your quite welcome to them.
I went through the comments that everyone had made. I took out all the cables from hub and pressed reset button. I put new cable in and it did not and then I changed it for the old cable and that worked.
