Hello, my mum has bought a BT Youview box but is only getting 38 channels. The Freeview channel check says she should be receiving 99 so something is clearly going wrong. I've popped round, tried resetting the box, a factory reset, and several retunes but nothing is working. One retunes resulted in getting 48 channels, but a subsequent retune knocked it back down to 38.
Signal strength hovers around 75%,and signal quality is 100%. Any ideas on what is causing this?
