Missing subscription channels

Hello all,

My mum just got BT TV and is all set up but can only see and access around 75 of the 125 channels.

I have tried resetting, updating and re-tuning the box but still the same.

Missing channels includes all BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5.

Also some Now tv channels shows as subscribed in the TV Guide but when I try to access them, It just says you have no access to this channel.

I also cannot activate/link Now Tv to the Bt Tv.

Can your Mum get all channels if you plug the aerial directly into the TV.

There are a number of other posts on this community where the same problem has been raised, It seems quite common with these boxes that some channels are missing if the aerial signal is either (both) too strong and too weak.

Your Mum should have got an email from BT when she signed up telling her to go to the Now TV website and create a password to finish setting up her Now TV account.
