Moved house and now have lost all my subscription channels

So I recently moved house, rang up Bt to tell them we were moving about 2 weeks before. I was told everything would be sorted and to just plug in my router and YouView box and it would all be up and running. My router is working with no issues, I have a good WiFi connection, and the YouView box is working with the internet too, however I have lost all my subscription channels. They have just disappeared. I have tried retuning TV and even completely factory resetting my box but it hasn’t worked. 
Anyone got any ideas?
