We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
I am quite used to using my bt box buttons on my remote, but I have found suddenly that the “settings” that is shown when you press the main menu(blue button) has suddenly disappeared, and try as we might,we cannot find a page where you access the settings page button. Considering this happened BEFORE the winter hill update,it isn’t to do with that, but we cannot do an update on the bt system until we get the settings button back(we also have hardly any tv progs on the bt box since the Winter Hill transmitter update,so we presume we need to do an update now that winter hill transmitter have done their work). At the moment, all we can get is BBC1,BBC2,BBC4,Talking pictures so far we have found! (No itv programmes) Any suggestions folks? Thanks for any help.

It’s at the top right of the page after you press the Main menu button. Look for the wheel-type Icon.
Just seen the reply to your other post which had answered your query already. Why post twice though?
did you find settings button? if not it can be located now at top of same page as before showing as a cog wheel, even the bt guys did not know this yesterday a double click of the up arrow will get you there
Thank you, yes,I did find it. It would certainly be an idea to warn customers of BT if BT are going to do anything like this in future - it would save a lot of work of people looking for answers for a start! Got it sorted, and once we had re-tuned the progs from our listings on the settings page, hey presto,we could get all the programmes again on the tv listings.....at the start of this problem, all we could get was bbc1,bbc2,bbc4,and talking pictures station! Now we have the usual ones like itv stations, pick, yesterday etc.....
