Thank you very much for your help which seems to have resolved the issue. Quite why your intervention was necessary is something that BT might want to consider.
Im having exact opposite problem, I can see all my now tv channels in EPG but cant access any of them Error code 6023 or 6017 permanently, can anyone help please ?
