The Netflix app on my 4K box continuously crashes on launch, the only way to get it working again seems to be to turn the box Off / On, it then works fine until I launch the Prime video app after which the Netflix app goes back to crashing on launch, I guess that begs the question which of the two is causing the problem. I've tried a factory reset but it still prevails.
Anyone else had the same problem, is there a known problem with these two apps or have I got a faulty box?
