tried to add my expired Netflix subscription to bt bill today . Got the order confirmation but no activation code which they say they will send. Does this take a while to come through? Has anyone been through the Netflix with BT process and how does the activation code work? I already have an Netflix account which has expired I just want to now add it to my BT bill going forward

Hi FC12, the activation of Netflix should be completed once you have completed the steps in the sign-up email. If you have not received it then you can complete the registration either by going to www.bt.com/bttv/netflix and login with your BTID and complete the steps or you can log in to your MyBT and click on the Netflix activation banner which should be at the top of the screen.
