Hi all,
I have Netflix billed through BT and had an email saying I'm no longer using the partner offer to pay have checked and it is legit if I log in to netflix it says I have no payment method whereas before it stated BT.
According to BT Netflix is still active on my account and I can't for the life of me find any way to link it back. Has anyone had this before or know how to resolve?

Is the Netflix subscription showing on your latest BT bill?
Are you able to access Netflix ok?

Thanks for the reply - so according to BT account netflix is all setup and billing - but according to netflix since the weekend I have no billing setup so as soon as the payment date is due the account will go off. Billing history shows that BT has been running the account fine for 9 months until yesterday. I can get on Netflix at the moment - but because it's showing paid up until ~20th.
