Netflix wasn’t working and now the youview box won’t come on

Hi there,

hoping someone can help. I was watching Netflix earlier and came out of it to check something then tried to get back in and it kept flicking me back to BBC1. Switched the youview box off and on again and it looked like it was starting up again but the box switched itself off I.e. no blue or pink light on the box. Tried several times now and still the same. Does anyone know how to fix this please?

It sounds like the box has developed a fault and has subsequently died. If you have an active BT TV subscription call faults and they'll replace it for you.
