Can you please explain why have now been charged the following:
One Off Charges:
The up front of cost of providing the new BT service from 5 Feb £9.99
Delivery of your BT product from 5 Feb £7.95
This all relates to the 'free' replacement box that was sent out as the original never worked???
On my order I placed there were no charges raised whatsoever. It was the order that was placed after mine when you spoke with a person over the phone. I am sorry that they were raised. I'm removing them for you.
