No BT sport or on demand channels, as of 2 hours ago.

Go to solution

I tried to load an ondemand channel (Milkshake for the kids) An error came up saying cannot connect to the server. I checked hub and it's fine, I have Broad band and computers are all working fine. Checked BT sport channel 408 and that is all blocky and has error ipc6023 on it.You view box says it's connected to the hub.

I live in Multicast area and bt sport is through that. Cannot understand why ondemand won't work when computers and broad band are fine. I have changed all cables for new, still no joy.

Can anyone help please?

Update - just noticed, BBC iplayer, ITV, channel 4 players all work fine. Apprently Demand 5 and Milkshake are down, which is fault on channel 5's end.

Still no BT sport channels, 408, 409, 410 all blocky. Is this multi cast fault?

OK So turns out, Channel 5 demand 5 and milkshake wasn't working which was there fault, and some workmen down the road had manged to damage the cable to the big green box meaning I wasn't getting 4gb of speed but 1mg, this is why nothing was working. Case solved.

Hi @ruud316,

Thanks for posting your update and the solution to this.

Hopefully your speeds will return to normal now.

Thanks
