No Crowd Noise on Sky Sports Main Event

Hi there!

For the past two weeks there has been no crowd noise on the Sky Sports Main event channel through NOW TV on my BT TV box. Sky Sports Main Event is the channel that usually has the crowd noise on and if I watch it through the NOW TV app, the noise is there. My friends and relatives who have Sky and Virgin are not experiencing this issue with this channel.

The BT Sport channels are working fine with crowd noise on the usual channels.

Any ideas what's going on here?

I've just checked and there is definitely crowd noise on Main Event. Sky Sports Premier League is stadium sound only

I do not have crowd noise on Sky Sports Main Event.

I am aware that Premier League is the one without, which is why I never watch that channel.

Hi @thebaconface welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm not sure if this is applicable but it would be worth checking if you have the auido description feature switched on. If it is on try turning it off to see if the crowd noise returns.

Press the AD button on your remote control, or press the main menu button then go to Settings > Accessibility & Language > Audio Description. ... Choose your preferred setting and go to Done.
