No Internet channels but Netflix app works fine.

No Internet channels at all this evening, IPC6023 message showed - but loaded Netflix app on the BT TV box and it shows we have a 50mbps connection. Starting to get more and more frustrated with BT TV.

Hi @JonGD Sorry you are not able to view any internet channels.

Have the internet channels worked OK previously?
Are you connected via ethernet? If you are using powerline adapters have you tried using an ethernet connection?
