No Retune Option

I have just received a BT Box. Aerial is plugged in. If I go to Settings - Signal and Connection - TV Channels it just shows TV Channels 0 and Subscription Channels 13 and a highlighted 'Done' box. I can't select TV channels and can't retune it. Any suggestions?

Hi @Antonmouse01 

In the absence  of any other advice  as it it is  newly provided  box I would suggest.

A factory reset of the box.

Then go through  the setup/install process  again.

Thank you. I've done a factory reset and everything appears okay now. It's a pity that I'd set all my my apps up, as now I have to do them all again but at least it's up and running.
