No channels showing

Hi, just joined unfortunately, but when connecting the tv box to the aerial, I am not getting any channels whatsoever except for the extra's and apps.

Hi @TRDG 

First I presume that you have gone through the initial setup process for the BT/TV box including tuning.

If you plug the aerial cable nto your TV instead, and then retune the TV are you able to receive the channels on the TV ?

If the  channels are not received by the TV own tuner then that  suggests  the fault in your aerial setup,

If the TV can receive the channels then it may be that the signal may be too weak or too strong  or is experiencing interference when connected to the  BT TV Youview box.  So knowing whether the channels are receivable directly br the TV is key.

Yep, followed everything. I now have an engineer coming out next week.
