I've seen there have been a lot of people with the same issue I'm having. Have had my internet in for about 3 weeks now, all working fine. I can get BT sport channels, but for internet channels it's saying that I need to subscribe.
I've spoken to BT through the live chat, reset everything countless times. Nothing has worked. They've tried to call me back several times but I work shifts, I eventually got a text saying they can't see a problem and my service is fine.
I've now had it in for a month and I'm paying for channels I don't have access to. Is it something simple that can be sorted from their end if I can get to the right person?
