I am experiencing an error on the TV Shows & Films tabs accessed from the home screen, does anyone else?
This happens on both my T2100 and T4000 boxes so I'm wondering if it is a YouView issue rather than an internet one as both boxes have no problems streaming NOW TV, Netflix or BT Player for example, nor accessing any of the streamed channels in the EPG.
In fact in this picture you can see BT Sport HD behind the error message!
My T4000 has just updated to 32.43.0/3.6.174 and had the error before it did and still has the error afterwards.
I have done all the usual troubleshooting steps for YVM104 even though all other parts of the box that need internet access are working fine.
I don't use these tabs much, so it isn't a killer for me, just thought I would check to see if it is more widespread? There is nothing on the YouView Community either about an error like this currently.
In other news, for those that are really weird like me, you will also notice the error message for no internet connection has changed following the update to include a picture of a BT hub.

@stereohaven I have just checked and get similar on a T4000.
the YVM104 and we can’t connect to the internet error message is not correct.
I suspect that nothing has been returned from the distant server and the failure has been presumed to be a internet connection issue.
Fair enough, sounds like a YouView server issue then as suspected. 👍
Got the same error on my T2100 boxes as well, the boxes have also had the same update, but as you said, this error was already there before the update and after.
