My internet is working fine. I can access apps and Netflix etc WiFi is working fine too
however when I go to bt tv, I get the message no signal. I restarted the Youview box, the signal turns blue but still no tv. I don’t see the usual startup images from Youview either
any ideas what I can do or is the box faulty?

It possibly faulty, but lets see if any of the other forum members can suggest anything, perhaps one of the maintenance modes?
Have you tried a different HDMI socket on the TV?
Not sure which Youview box model you have . If it is one with a Scart connection and you have a Scart cable and connection on your TV I would suggest you disconnect the HDMI and see if a SCart connection works.
I don’t have a scart cable at home
as the internet is working fine, I’m pretty sure it must be the box
Well, BG tv is back on strange indeed .... let’s hope it’s back for good
I’m out of contract anyway so need to look into or upgrading my current BT subscription or moving somewhere else.
