No signal

Recently moved house and fitted my YouView box but it states no signal from aerial. I’ve checked in settings and signal strength and quality are both zero. I can’t understand why it won’t work as the television works with the aerial through the box but not when I choose the source for the box. If box doesn’t receive a signal how can the television work through the box when the box is switched off ?

Have you retuned your Youview Box since moving house ?

No I haven’t. I thought if there’s no signal it wouldn’t retune. I only moved half a mile away so in the same signal area
