Now TV in TV Guide

Hi

I've just subscribed to BT TV with the added Sky Sports Channels from NOW TV. The TV guide doesn't seem to include any of the Now TV channels and therefore I can't record any of them. I have access to the channels through the Now TV app. Should I be able to get the Sky Sports channels in the TV Guide?

Hi @gmccarthy  can you confirm the name of the BT TV package you have.

1st try a retune, that doesn't work try a software update. If you still have no joy, try a factory reset. .

I've tried each of these in order but still don't have the Sky Sports channels. The tuner picks up 201 terrestrial channels and 13 subscription channels (BT Sport and AMC) but none of the NowTV channels.

I am having exactly the same problem, I have the BT sport channels but not the Sky sports channels. Did the problem resolve itself in the end or did you have to contact BT to get it sorted?
