As a follow up to this question, I assume that having say the NowTV Entertainment pass from BT gives access to live programming via the EPG and catch-up via the app on the box?
If this is the case, does a box count as 1 or 2 of the allowed up to 6 registered devices?
ie are EPG and app counted separately or is the box counted as a single device? This is relevant to me because I have an Extra Box and could potentially have to use up 4 of the 6 devices to make full use of the pass.
I have a NOW TV Entertainment pass with BT, EPG and App on the same box are counted as one device, as yourself we also have Extra Box, again, no matter if you are using the EPG or App, another 1 device. I also have 2 NOW TV sticks in other rooms which are counted as 2 more, making 4 in total out of our 6 allowed. (if you see what i mean?!!)
Perfect! Thanks for your quick reply 👍
Yes it does.
This is from My Account on Now TV after I activated the £5 p/m HD add-on from BT.
I recognise I'm replying late but have done so anyway to help others!
