Since the update on the 8th June, every time I sign into now tv via the youview box i5 works fine but when I leave it signs me out. This has never happened before the update it just kept me signed in. It can be a very laborious task putting in an email and password every time using a remote control. Why is this now happening and how can I stop it from happening.
My now tv is through a bt package.
I suspect the software in your box has screwed up, try turning the box off at the mains for a minute or so and then turn it back on
