Now tv poor live sports

Hi all, moved from virgin to but, got full now tv package, average download speed 250mbs and really disappointed with the poor quality of the live sky sports via now tv. No where near as good as virgin, pixelates , buffers and cannot dope with football or cricket ball at live speeds. Anyone else suffer this issue

Are you watching via the NowTV app or via the EPG? Also, do you have the hd boost? NowTV standard definition is 720p at 25fps, so it doesnt look the best. If you add the hd boost, you'll full 1080p and 50fps.
