Yep, registered and working. Thanks. After you had fixed the caller’s I did a factory reset. Then I went through the NOW channel cycle described by the caller. This time though at the end of the cycle I got the instruction that I had too many registered devices in addition to my unworking YouView one, and was prompted to go to my NOW account ‘devices’. I unchecked one of the options (even though it seemed I wasn’t quite at the six limit) and hey presto my NOW sports channels appeared on my BT EPG. A bit of bumb luck and some behind the scenes magic I think!
You're issue is now fixed, if you manually check for a software update, new software should be located and installed. Your box will restart, post that, you should see your channels in the guide.
Software Update Steps:
1. Press the Home button on the remote
2. Scroll along to Settings, press OK
3. Scroll down to Software Information, press OK
4. Press OK on Update Software
