I am having the same problem. I have called BT and they said that the NOW TV channels wont show on the EPG! But why? I don't understand this as the website clearly shows them on the guide.
I am a new customer this week and my activation date has passed. I have tried updating the software but no luck.
Can you help me please?

I'm sorry you're having problems with the Now TV service. Can you just confirm if your EPG has NowTV on the channels listed on the left side of the screen? Can you check the Sky channels etc? can you post a screen grab of what you're seeing?
My EPG does not have the channels. I have a load of them missing. The Subscription channels only show AMC
Im sorry but I'm having trouble uploading a pic tp this site. But basically I have channel 332 then 399. Nothing in between.
My BT app now shows that there is 1 fault that is being worked on so Im hoping that this means my problem is being looked at. Thank you for looking at this for me.
Thank you for posting back, I'm sorry you haven't had an update. I've checked our queue and can confirm that we have your details. With the pandemic, we are a lot busier than normal so it is taking longer than expected for us to reply.
