I upgraded my BTTV contract yesterday to the new NowTV pacakge. The sales guy took my email address and sent me a code for NowTV that I read back to him.
The order completed and I was sent an email saying I needed to complete by registration by clicking the link.
It takes me to the NowTV forgotten password screen. If i enter my email address that I recieved the code to, it says
We couldn’t identify you. Please check and try again.
Im kinda stuck now. I read there were issues with sky addresses, but I dont have a sky email address.
Can someone help.
