We recently changed from full fibre 100 halo 3 broadband and landline to full fibre 900 halo 3, no landline, BTTV with Big Sport and Now Boost. We have been unable to use Now from the epg on the pro box and have spoken to technical twice now (the last time being last Monday) Is there anyone on here that could chase the issues for me or give me an update on where we are with it. There is also an open cease order stuck since the 6th of August and we still can’t access Now channels from the Pro box itself. Info on digital services would also suggest that we still have a landline, according to billing) although this conflicts with info on the MyBT app. The web keeps suggesting that I upgrade my broadband and my tv package, whereas the app seems to know we already have the package.
Sorry for the long post, but I’m really confused by it all and not sure what is causing the problem anymore. The guys I’ve spoken to have been very helpful and patient but I do t know if I should wait or ring again.
