Hi I am a recent convert to BT TV and i have a question regarding HD channels.
when will more be available things like Dave on sky are HD but not on BT TV.
Is there likeliy that more will come on stream
Dave is not on BT its on Freeview and there is not much space left on Freeview for many more HD channels but that could change in years to come.
Hopefully before the end of this year BT may add some new channels but there are no signs of that happening so far.
Also the chances of the likes of Sky One and that coming to BT are next to nothing if you are also long for that.
Thanks for info
just seemed weird that some channels on Bt Tv are Hd like 4 Seven but not Film 4 and Dave ?
just found it weird
Again all the other channels you say are also on Freeview and not BT.
BT Youview can also pick up the channels that are on Freeview.
If you ever stoped your BT TV you can still use the Youview box to pick up the free channels on Freeview including the Freeview HD channels.
what i meant is they are hd on sky but are not paid for channels
I just checked and the HD channels are only part of the most expensive plan for Sky. So, I don't understand how they are not paid for channels.
I just had standard entertainment pack and it may be they were part of it
just miss channels in hd
Sky may give you far more channels and loads more in HD but Sky is far more expencive for there TV than BT is.
I to would like to see some more channels added to the BT TV entertanment package and also some more in HD but I also dont want BT to end up being as dear as Sky for there TV service.
