Online order seems to be stuck

I have an online order for changes to my BT Sport and TV in the system but it seems to have stalled. Could anyone take a look at it for me please.

have you phoned 150 and see if the can help   you could also try 0800800030

as you are aware your post does not go to BT

Thanks for reply. Tried ringing but waited over half an hour and still on hold. Online chat ought to be reinstated.

Hey @wrightp2 

I can see your order is still in progress but BT Sport via the Youview box and the app should be working right now. Is that not the case?

Yes it is. It was the issue of equipment not having been dispatched that was concerning me. This now seems to have resolved itself somehow now as it says 'dispatched'.
