Have you recently complete an update on your Iphone?
If you have, i dobt vety much it;s the BT hub.
I did an update laste week on my iphone, it's now locked itself.
I cannot make or receive any calls or send or receive any data.
If you have the message No Service at the top let of the phone, it's the phone.
You may have service but the update has done something with the WiFi connection.
All major and well known issues with the last updates.

How old is it?
The latest update has caused so many issues over so many phones, it's ridiculous.
It's from one extreme to another.
My handset is completely locked, nio calls text or WiFi connetivity either way, but it has taken on part of the update and caused another known problem, that of massive battery drain.
I fully charged my battery at 15:00, it's already down to 87%, and the battery isn't at fault.
Up until last week when this update was attempted it took almost 3 days to get to 50%!
If you have done the update, make a note of what update it is and search online to see if it has any major issues attached.
You might be able to make and receive calls etc but they could well be an issue with getting some access to the internet.
no issues with the phone - it is a year and a half old. It just won't find my TV set top box/You View box. All apps up to date and TV software/Humax software also up to date.
New App loaded and paired 1st time to both iPhone and iPad.
Recording request sent to BT 4000 box as a test and that looks good.
