Certain channels we are subscribed to do not work, they are pixelated or black. Then sometimes we get a message saying there is a problem with your broadband. Or ‘we are having problems showing Disney channel at the moment error code ipc6011. However if we switch to fire stick tv works. We have bt tv, internet and phone.
If this does not help resolve the issue can you confirm you are connected from the hub to the youview box via ethernet cable or if you are using powerline adapters? Also have you been able to watch these channels before and the fault has only started recently? Post back and let me know.
