Would try an aerial signal booster or an attenuator if you've been through the turning everything off/on routine. Both are cheap.

Are you referring specifically to the BT TV internet channels or the normal Freeview channels like BBC1 or ITV?
How is the Youview box connected to the router, direct ethernet cable or power line adapters (PLAs)?
Are you also able to post your connection stats from the HomeHub , showing the downstream/Upstream speeds, noise margin etc?
Also try a quiet line test , preferably with a corded phone , dial 17070 & option 2. If there's ANY noise then report that as a phone line problem. Noise on the line can at times seriously affect the router's ability to maintain a connection.
The line should be totally quiet. Cracking on the line will introduce errors, which is why you are seeing the problem. Multicast is not very tolerant of line errors.
Report a noisy phone line. Once that is fixed, and the line is quiet, the problem should go away.
The BT line test cannot show this type of fault.
