I have spent appear 4.5 hours on the phone trying to solve the problems. I have BT infinity and a Youview box through BT and cannot get BT sport 1/2 and ESPN. I have the latest software, tried every trick in the book but it says the channel is not set up. The unhelpful advisors that i have spoke to have confirmed i should have access.
I have also tried to upgrade from BT Essentials to Essentials Extra but this is also proving too difficult for the company. Can someone from BT contact me to discuss further as ia m totally fed up being fobbed off by untrained advisors.
Ditto - as regards to BT Sport and ESPN - although I already have extras OK. If the BT Sport issue is one many people are having then it is just basic customer service to put out a message saying that they acknowledge the issue and are working on it -- surely thst's not too much to ask?
