I enter my BT email id which is the same as my BT Username and it replies “We couldn’t identify you. Please check and try again.”What on earth do I do to complete this simple task please? BT’s support haven’t a clue and direct me to NOW. NOW doesn’t provide human support. The tickets I raise with BT on this just get closed. I’ve seen others in the community have had the same problem but there is no solution posted anywhere that I can see. It shouldn’t be this hard. Help!
