Three programs scheduled to record this evening all set in the planner (I am in aerial mode), just realised the red recording light hasn’t come on for any of them, all three programs are still showing on the planner and in my scheduled folder to record at the time they should have recorded tonight and are not showing as a failure?
Hi @Sharken, sorry that the Pro Box isn't recording when it should.
Try a reset of the How do I reset my BT TV box? | BT Help box and choose the option to keep existing recordings (if you have any) and test it to see if that resolves the fault.
