Problem Recording Sky Movies

I tried recording a film on Sky Movies (I was watching at the time). Pressed record, it appeared to record ok, but when I went back to play it, it came up with an error message IPC6041 and said there was a problem with my internet connection. There are no issues with my connection, the recording appears to be there’s but just wont play. Tried another Sky programme and same issue. 

Does this mean its not possible to record sky movies?

Sky movies should be fine to record from the EPG or directly whilst watching the channel .

Thanks, must be a problem with my box as every recording fails with the earlier error message 😞

If you haven't already try the soft reset of the Bt Tv box .. ie hold down the power buitton on top of your box for 8 seconds until the box restarts.

Otherwise you are probably looking at trying  a maintenance mode reset

Ended up with a full maintenance factory reset, but seems to have fixed it.
