Please can someone assist me with this?

 

BTP-20000

 

I have x 2 DTR-T4000 boxes doing the same, have factory reset the STB's (wife killed me due to loss of all recordings) and also reset HH6 but to no avail.

 

Infinity 4 (330/30) customer all other internet working fine streaming 4K content through Netflix and Prime.

Hello,

 

I have the exact same error message on both of my DTR-T4000 STB's.

 

Cannot access any subscription channels, although content through iplayer apps works perfectly.

 

Please help I have called 3 times to call centre and they tell me to switch on/off, reset router all of which has been done several times.

 

Where is the contact them mods within your profile? I cannot see it.
