Our Internet TV is exactly the same ..... sound fades in and out, often multiple times a minute ..... driving me NUTS! Been going on for a couple of months or so now.
I have turned off YouView box, checked all wires for good connectivity, turned YouView box back on and it's still there 😞
Ours is our original YouView box so we've had it a few years now - we're on Superfast broadband, have the latest router - ANY advice would be gratefully appreciated
@WillCo I've started your own thread as you're responding to questions directed at the OP who is experiencing a different problem.
How is your Youview box connected to the hub? Are you using powerline adapters?
