@Mocata1 Sorry about this, it sounds like there could be a problem with the subscription. Please use the 'click here to contact the mods' link in my forum profile to send in your details. You can find the link by clicking on my username.
I have made a configuration change on the account and the TV services should now be working.
You may need to do a factory reset on the hub to force the config change through.
Once that is done, please go to the BT Player, and then try the subscription channels. It may say 'You need to set up channels' just click 'OK' at that point.
