I am having the same issues. Message comes up after every reset I've tried. To be honest the switch from Sky to BT has been a nightmare. It has been a constant to and fro to sort deliveries etc. Broadband and phone work fine now but my youview box is useless! I've tried phoning and online chat but they don't seem to know what I'm on about.
Can someone help?

Hi @Mocata1

 

I have made a configuration change on the account and the TV services should now be working.

You may need to do a factory reset on the hub to force the config change through.

Once that is done, please go to the BT Player, and then try the subscription channels. It may say 'You need to set up channels' just click 'OK' at that point.

If there is still an issue please let me know.
