Hello,

I also have the problem of not being able to see the subscription channels because I have not connected an aerial. I have Freesat via an old Sky box and do not want an aerial in addition to the satellite dish. I just want to watch the subscription channels that I am already paying for through the BT TV box. It is HD, not 4K. How could I check whether my new broadband and TV accounts are associated with each other?

I can see your TV service and Broadband service are linked since the 18th of August.

Is this now working or are you still having problems?
