i have a similar issue with my BT TV package. My broadband and landline has went active, however the tv setup is giving the BTP-15000 error message and says that I do not have a BT tv subscription.
Many help would be much appreciated.

I'm sorry you haven't been able to watch BT TV as part of your new package. The error code normally indicates that the service hasn't been correctly set up on the network. This is something I'll be able to help you with.
