Hi, after 30 mins searching for why my YouView box keeps having "Failed Recordings" I came upon this thread. There is some mention about "New Software" being roled out in August and a moderator who closed the thread claiming it was 100% roled out on 21/8/18.
What software? - How do I get it? - Because it is still happening.
Any pointer about what to do to fix the problem as I could not tolerate the poor customer service of actually ring BT
I do think the mods have been a bit quick/eager to close the thread.
