I have the same issue as a new customer, no internet channels on TV although I can receive them on mobile devices. Spent 2 hours with the call centre and have an engineer visit Tuesday but not convinced that will help as it is not a connection issue, more a software configuration problem with the you view box? Any other help appreciated! Beginning to think I should have stayed with Sky.

Are you able to explain what the solution was to this please? I have recently just got a BT Smart Hub 6, and am getting the same problem. I am able to watch the extra channels fine for just under 5 mins before the IPC6023 error appears. I spoke to BT directly and they were unaware of any issue with the Hub 6 and so have sent out a replacement. I get exactly the same issue on the replacement Hub 6. My Hub 5 works absolutely fine with no issue...
