Are you getting any error on the second box?
Are you connected to the hub via powerline adapters or Ethernet?

Hi @mattswain24 I called earlier and left a brief message; sorry I missed you.
Is it affecting all channels or just internet channels?
Is there any error code showing on the screen?
Would it be possible to test with another Ethernet cable just to eliminate this as the cause?
