Many thanks all resolved. Best customer service I have had for some time. Quick call to me to make sure I wanted to go ahead and within the hour all up and working.

Hi @mattswain24 Sorry and things looked so good earlier.

Are you getting any error on the second box? 
Are you connected to the hub via powerline adapters or Ethernet?

First box is through power line adaptors which works fine. The second is Ethernet which is not working.

Hi @mattswain24 I called earlier and left a brief message; sorry I missed you.

Is it affecting all channels or just internet channels?
Is there any error code showing on the screen?
Would it be possible to test with another Ethernet cable just to eliminate this as the cause?
